/> New Jersey has the Highest property taxes in the nation making it increasingly difficult for residents to afford to live in this State. Very often, property has been assessed at an unfair rate and therefore, you are being overtaxed.

Property Tax Relief can only happen if you appeal the assessment. You can appeal property tax assessments yourself. The appeal process can be difficult to navigate because you must be able to prove that your adjusted assessed value is not in line with property values. This requires research and expertise that the average citizen does not possess. Additionally, the tax board attempts to discourage appeal warning that unsuccessful appeal can result in higher, not lower taxes.

Bergen Essex Tax Appeal Service – we have the expertise and resources to win your tax appeal and will take your case all the way to the NJ Tax Court on your behalf at no additional cost.
<p
